E73 – Costa Rica during the coronavirus outbreak? Weens finally safely returned home and talks all about her gorgeous but dicey girls trip. Even though there is a lot of laughing in this episode, we get into our feelings as we talk about how everything is going in our two very different lives. Weens is happy doing a solo quarantine in artistic solitude, while Mouse is juggling a full family household and attempting homeschooling with lots of unknowns. There are fun stories, dumb jokes, some tears, and a few nice takeaways. And being Mouse’s and mom’s birthday, Weens writes a special custom song to celebrate this weird year! E47 – Weens wrapped ABC’s hit show The Rookie and is going to fill her hiatus with creative endeavors Myers-Briggs style, even though it’s possible that Jung and Freud were full of BS. Weens is searching for her main gig, isn’t sure about being on stage, but loves improv and recalls watching Upright Citizens Brigade in New York for the first time. She took some UCB classes in LA, and then challenges Mouse on her comedy and improv skills. Mouse gets nervy when she lectures to gardeners, but she commands a room when it’s about sexual health. Go figure. Hear the exercise we both do on being an expert and see if you feel the fraud and imposter syndrome creeping in. We segue to hear about Mouse’s recent colonoscopy and get the play by play on what to expect under twilight anesthesia when you basically get roofied with fentanyl. Then take a delightful Jeep ride down memory lane, Dickens style, as Weens recounts caring for Mouse after oral surgery and why she still might be on America’s Most Wanted list.

E35 – Our good friend from high school, Andrew Piccone, came by with lots of insight about the Eggold sisters. He owns Wander Mouse Films, shooting projects for Snoop Dogg, Disney, Shepard Fairey and MC5. We all reminisce about growing up in suburbia, our old film projects, and the crap we used to get into, and then dissect our guy-girl friend relationship. Weens gets mad at us for leaving her out but he and Weens hang out now, going to movies like Bodied, the battle rap movie produced by Eminem. We land on weed talk, movie ideas while high, and pot paranoia. Weens tells a cringeworthy butt-dial story, and we get into November birthdays, Scorpios, and love lives.
